Hand 1: Played fine, although a three-bet on the turn isn't horrible, especially since there was no raise pre-flop. I think you're ahead here most of the time.

Hand 2: NEVER be afraid of set over set. This is silly. Next.

Hand 1-I'd 3-bet the turn unless he is a total rock. After looking at the stats, it's clear he's not.

Hand 2-Cap all streets if given the chance. Especially the turn. I think the tag you were playing against was paranoid of a steal.

You are missing bets/raises. It is probably true that that is a leak for you. Work on it.

Sorry, but if you have to ask, it is probably true. Hand one you needed to raise on turn and cap it if you could.
Your second hand is mind boggling to me why you did not reraise on the turn.

You might want to see if you can get some testosterone from your doctor to grow a bigger pair, but in the meantime, stop squatting to pee.
