Beyond the one-time initial $35 load fee that is charged to and appears on your credit card statements?

[/ QUOTE ]

It's a 5% upload fee. The 5% fee is deducted from your ePassporte balance. The only charge to your credit card is the full upload amount - no cash advance fees.

[I'm assuming you're planning on uploading $700 & know the fee would be $35, but this clarification may help others.]

So exactly on which transactions do they charge a fee? And how much?

All deposits from my real VISA or only the first?
NETeller -> epassporte? 5%?
epassporte -> NETeller? $2?
epassporte -> poker sites? $2?
poker sites -> epassporte? 5%?

Sorry if I'm being slow.

ePass starts you off with transaction limits of $500 online transfer and $300 debit withdrawal. they will double these after one month if you confirm a second method of payment. that's what they told me. someone here says they can get over a grand out in a day on epass?? well, I told them to go to hell anyway. I've transfered a lot more than that on neteller and know I can get $1k at an atm with them, and there aren't any crappy anual fees, and I didn't hvae to feed them more and more personal accounts.
