I hate to be one of those serial posters, but I just bought if from Dell for $989, no tax no shipping. Thought others might be interested, it sounds like a good deal to me, but of course I can't say for sure whether the price will drop.

I already have a 2001fp, but still have a minor difficulty four tabling. It is doable but strains my eyes a bit. I just wanted to get this as soon as possible to ease that strain. The 20.1" LCD is way way better than my previous 21" monitor, but I hope this tops them all.

Best regards

So this monitor still can't do more than 4 tables then? How about if you set the resolution a few notches higher to get maybe 6 tables in? I want to try more than 4 tables but without having to look at 2 different screens, but if a monitor bigger than my TV can't do it I may have to settle for 2.

1600x1200 is needed for 4-tables.

this monitor does 1900x1200 so you would have 4-tables plus a little room for other stuff.
Or conceiveably 6-tables with overlap.

There are CRT's that can do much higher than 1900x1200 but the tables might be smaller.

There are LCD's that can do higher resolution but they are insanely expensive.
