When giving away money, typically the party handing it out can decide the rules under which they'll do so.

That would explain the mysterious PP hat that showed up in my mailbox yesterday...I got a Royal about a month ago. Sweet, now I have even more junk that I'll never wear out of the house!!

i didn't even look that closely at the HH.

Yes....raising pre-flop should be pretty obvious.
Just completing with this in the SB really stinks.

Have you been reading Lee Jones or TJ Cloutier or something?

Say if one was dealt 99 and another AK.

Flop comes K99 Turn K River K

2 hands are: 9999K and KKKKA

Would that count?
