Fold. The decent player not the maniac leads out, which means for him to RR Pf out of position with AJ or KJ is not likely. TT a medium pair would seem the VERY least to do this with to isolate the maniac Pf, and that is only if the "Decent" player is loose-agro. In this situation though, his pre-flop and flop action smells of AA or KK at worst, JJ-TT being sets. If he has any hand besided AJ or worse your dead to two cards with the Maniac to still act. Finally, he is betting not only into the maniac but you also. I am assuming he is the SB and your the BB even though you state BB for both you and mr. decent.
