Ok, now that I have got a bunch of other opinions on the hand. Here is what happened. He did have AK and won on a lucky draw. So although I lost, from what I have read of the reponses, calling was correct.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t15 (10 handed) converter

UTG+2 (t800)
Hero (t800)
MP2 (t800)
MP3 (t675)
CO (t785)
Button (t955)
SB (t785)
BB (t800)
UTG (t800)
UTG+1 (t800)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
2 folds, UTG+2 calls t15, Hero raises to t75, 2 folds, CO raises to t135, 3 folds, UTG+2 folds, Hero raises to t195, CO calls t60.

Flop: (t427.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, CO calls [t590] , Hero calls t590.

Turn: (t1017.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

River: (t1017.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: t1017.50

Results in white below:
Hero has Kc Ks (straight, king high).
CO has Ah Kh (straight, ace high).
Outcome: CO wins t1017.50.

Re-raise all-in preflop.
Call on the flop.

Edge, FWIW, assuming he doesn't have the A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img],

You're the favorite by more than 2:1 (70/30 actually)

If he did have the A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], you're actually a slight dog.

I also raise allin after the reraise preflop.

I think the flop would be fairly close if there weren't all those chips in the pot, but with them in there I would call.

Just a note: You are a little behind AdKd and just a little ahead of AdQd. You are a little behind QdKd too, but I wouldn't expect Villian's preflop raise with that or 8d9d)

edit: I guess everyone already said everything I said. I should have read it all first. I thought I might have come up with something original by pointing out AdKd would have been ahead, but no.

2 huge mistakes.

#1 Not Reraising allin PF. He may have folded.
#2 Checking the flop. If you bet out allin, it's not so easy for him to call.
