The problem with calling here is that you leave yourself with a tough decision on the river. Say the river is a Q or A? Now how much can you call? What is another J counterfeits your 7? Here you very often have the best hand and the best draw. If you can't feel comfortable getting your chips in on this board you should just fold the K7 preflop.

Tough cold deck for you. But that's about the only conceivable made hand that beats you there. I still think pushing on the turn is best.
