NO, ITH chart is ment up to $20-$40. Id say its the most complete and best starting hand chart to use for the newbi at poker playing in loose small stakes games. If your playing in tighter small stakes games use the tight chart from ssh.

It is when compared to postflop play. A bright student is going to have a near perfect grasp on preflop in a month of solid study, but will still find herself in situations where she feels lost postflop after years of play and hard study.
