At this point, I'd like to enter into a long drawn-out argument over how cool I look and whether I can score with chicks, because I think we both have a legitimate chance of convincing the other party that they're wrong.

Wait, I mean no.

Still more proof of my assertion that this set of forums is a magnet for raging narcissists. (like me.)

I suspect that you are not his target audience for looking great, see reason #2 for wearing them.

Hot chicks don't frequent the poker rooms I go to, and when they're there everyone is staring at them anyways and they know it so I don't need to put on the sunglasses.

In low stakes games or any limit game I find them a bit silly. I don't think they are a bad idea for high stakes no limit games or tournaments.

Personally I think more people think they get a tell from looking at me and are wrong than ever actually pick anything up, so I don't wear them.

I have a buddy who wears prescription sunglasses at all times, instead of regular glasses. He doesn't even play poker. Driving at night must be a b!tch.

sunglasses = retarded

i see these dumb b1tches wearing glasses/hats/hoods at the 2/4 and 3/6. its the funniest [censored] ever.

and if you think about it, even non of the top pros wear sunglasses. look at chan, hansen, greenstein, ivey, cloutier, brunson, negreanue, leaderer, etc. NON of them wear sunglasses.

come on, some people wear hats on a day to day basis, are they supposed to take them off at the cardroom to avoid being the target of ridicule from experts like you? ive already seen a few posts here proving your prejudices incorrect so ill stop there.
