The interior will be like every other planes. When Airbus announced the A380, they promoted ideas of using it's large size to provide casino areas, bars and/or workout facilities for passengers on long flights.

The airlines said, uh, those are great ideas, but we've got a better one. How about instead we pack it full of tightly spaced tiny coach seats?

I think the baggage cart in the picture is a model A30. Not sure though.

I don't know about the baggage cart, but the tag on the luggage is a model A30.

Buy one here.

Airlines will be able to configure the plane according to the service they want to sell, with some opting for an Upstairs-Downstairs feel with posh frills on the upper deck.

Others will be able to pack more than 800 passengers in an all-economy layout on both decks for cheap charter flights.

Virgin Atlantic is taking no chances -- it will offer a beauty therapist area, a gym, a casino and double beds.

"Since you have gaming and you have private double beds maybe there are two ways of getting lucky on a Virgin plane," Virgin Group Chairman Richard Branson told reporters.

Leave it to Virgin to make a liar out of me. They are always pushing the envelope for their customers, thank god. But I'm still skeptical that other airlines will follow their lead, at least until Virgin starts beating their brains in with these services.
