Two things. First, he clearly wasn't handling it well, and might not have really known how to use it properly. Second, by the time they showed me the gun, I had also gotten very good looks at both of their faces. I thought that even if I cooperated, they might decide to kill me anyway so I couldn't identify them. Given those two thoughts, I continued to fight.
