Dan lived around Bayview Ave. and Steeles Ave. in Toronto, next door to some family friends from the old country who'd moved here a bit earlier than us.

He grew up hanging out with them, and now speaks solid Hebrew.

Maybe you and Zaxx could use the PM feature for discussions about the "old country," the JDL, and Hebrew.

EVERY post doesn't have to involve one's racial or religious heritage, does it?

Is that true? If it is, that's pretty damn close to where I live.

5)Ivey- Best instincts of the bunch. Good shot at 2003 main even title until fat accountant with cheap oakleys sucked out.

Zaxx, is this really necessary? You need to grow up.

Anyway, it's been discussed a lot in the past, but maybe you wouldn't know since you've been following cards for only SIX MONTHS, but Phil Ivey called a big bet on the flop there while drawing to only two outs. So whatever, who really got lucky on that hand?

Huck Seed??? Has he done anything since he won the big one in 1996? How many times has he gone broke? I don't think anyone would accuse him of being one of the top 20 NLHE MTT players in the world.

11) Greenstein- If he actually cared about his MTT results.

LOL. So Barry G. doesn't care about his tournament results? That's pretty funny. I wonder why he even bothers to look at his cards then (He does look at his cards right?)

Zaxx, I'd be thrilled to hear where you get all this info. You're a riot.

In non-poker forums, anti-Zionism or Zionist pride is about the only thing that's worth arguing.

Everything else is so meh.

The biggest joke is that Paul Phillips rates himself better than Lederer - now that's funny!!!

To be fair, I recall Moneymaker making a rather small trap bet on the flop, something like 75k into over 250k (possibly higher) pot. Yes, I guess you could say that Ivey fell for the trap and got lucky, but it wasn't exactly a huge bet.

He could easily have been intending to make a play the pot no matter what came. The smooth call would look pretty scary if a blank came and he made a big move.
