fish had 67s and MHIG. I figured good player could lay down a smallish PP if the loose player cold called and it worked out this time. It's nice to play in a game where plays like this actually have a place!

Haha, well FWIW I think a river bet would have been prudent if the drawer was a good player. You need to be able to fire the last barrel in these games because a lot of good players will call the "free showdown raise" on the turn and then fold to your "value bet" on the river.
