I got the e-mail announcing the change and the other promotions as well...which is kind of weird since I thought I was the only one that did NOT receive any info about the $10-Cowboys promotion.

Chris, I'm in the same boat as you. I just signed up for InterPoker with my school address. I didn't know I needed to prove where I live. When did they make you send this stuff?
