why are people saying overbet the flop? that is really bad advice. when you bet, everyone has checked to you, and you have no idea someone is going to c/r. you want to entice a king or queen of hearts plus a pair, or some other hand like that, to stay in.
the decision to flat call the turn or raise depends on your guy. i disagree with posts saying that reraising is always correct in position here. sure it will work vs more thinking opponents, but there are definently some guys that will bet that turn and commit themselves, but will fold their straight or set on the flop if you reraise. in that case you can flat call and easily get the rest on the turn |
