Anyway, my VPIP and PFR have been constant at all levels up to 100Max - around 25.5% and 17.2%. [/ QUOTE ] Holy Balls. I'm with ya for VPIP, but my PFR is like 8%. Do you pretty much open raise with any hand you want to play from the CO and Button? I've been limping (first in) from the CO with hands like T9s or 44. Should I be raising in these spots? |

unless you're making plays regardless of cards, it's unprofitable long term to raise with more than the top 5% of hands or so, so it's illogical to raise with them, and this is probably why i have a hard time playing against those kinds of players. i have anyone with with PF > 10 and TOT-A > 4 marked as a "bomb", meaning super-LAG.
yeti, what's your W$WSF, SD%, and W$SD? |

Swolfe this is about 6-max game, not full ring. I raise about 13% preflop and I am winning player after 15K hands. It is impossible to use nut-peddling in 6-max NL because 1) blinds will eat you bit by bit; 2) people will notice your low raise percent and detect when you get good cards to fold. I raise a lot to then try to steal at flop or to be paid when I hit, and to not be too readable.

How is it "illogical"? Maybe you don't play them well or profitably after a raise, but how does logic enter into this? |

I've been 4 tabling $100 NL 6-max at party for 3 months now
I see about 30% of the flops and have earned 6BB per table per hour. It's all about practice as far as I'm concerned. Gently add a table at the time and see how you do... |

Since this has turned into a discussion on multi-tabling I'm going to take this opportunity to suggest that everyone who owns PT go to the Books/Software forum and download PlayerView (there are like 10 different threads about it over there). It will access your PT dababase and write your opponent's stats directly onto each table for you. This will help you make better decisions against players without having to pay quite as much attention to them.

Does this mean 48$ per 100 hands, per table? So probably 36$ per table per hour? That is huge. How many hours has this occurred over?

Shaun - only over about 35 hours and 9k hands. Nowhere near enough yet, though I've won similar bb/100 at the limits up to this so far.

you're right. i was thinking full table 10-handed. i just checked poker tracker and my own PF% for 6-handed or less is 18%, so...yeah...nevermind
