It's a good complement to the more technical books, focussing on attitude and psychology. There's also a "Killer Poker Online" book. I have them both and would recommend them. The Online one won't be of much value if you only play live, while the original one is of value for both live and online games.

Excellent point. Usually need at least 2 bad players in a ring game to make it profitable v. rake/tips, which is taking $250-300 an hour out of a game.
