One thing to keep in mind is in this situation, you really don't have two pair. I mean, you do, but since everyone has the pair of jacks, it really isn't worth it to take it into consideration. What you have here is basically bottom pair. Any pair better than your 6's will win.

I play these middle/low pairs almost purely for set value. You missed, the pot is small, and you're out of position; it's okay to fold that flop. At this limit, you aren't going to get anyone to fold a T or even overcards by betting. There are a ton of cards out there that sink your hand, and you've only got 2 outs to improve. You have little chance of improving and little chance of being ahead after the turn and river. Fold it.
