I don't believe it's variance either which is why I'm so shocked since he seems to be a consistant winner at the 50's.

yea i seriously cannot beat party's 6 max no limit games, at like any level.

i'm stuck $500+ after 900 hands of $100 6 max.
and $200 after 400 hands of $25 6 max.

maybe i should play the UB 25/50 game where there aren't as many bad players sucking out on me. ahahahahaha.

i still stick to my suggestion that you will only take the next step when you get away from nut peddling 10 max and learn to "play poker" in 6 max games

I don't get why you said that. This isn't my belief at all

That is fine. I agree, but I will only do that if you give me $2,000

Why would he pay you for his advice? Seems like other way around would be more appropriate, if any payment should be exchanged

Sorry, I should have added:

I need money. Now. I'll take that over learning for the time being.

Go play live. Low buy-in live no-limit is populated by even worse players than online (and the stakes are higher too!). In addition, you get the added benefit of being able to see the people you're playing against. I'm not a huge tell-spotter or anything but a LOT of people in the live games I've played (at Foxwoods, if that matters) might as well be playing with their cards face up.

I've lost 27 buy ins in 5 days

Gaaah! This seems high to me, too. And I've been on some really harsh bad streaks.

My inclination is to check your ring finger. That is, are you getting married to your big hands, such that, whenever they lose, they lose big? Take a look just at the money won or lost with, say, KK. You should see a list that looks like this, where numbers are in BB's

+13, +8, +2, -12, +4, +35, -15, etc.

If all the minuses are huge, that tells me that you aren't getting away from them well enough. If they aren't, well, then there is some other reason. But either way I would look harder through every hand where a big starting hand resulted in a big loss and ask yourself if there was a good place to get away, or at least to slow down.

BTW, these numbers are just off the top of my head, not real numbers from anywhere.
