There are exceptions, but generally only bad players open limp in the cutoff. Consequently, your opponent could have a lot of hands here. I think folding the turn is a mistake.

I like the way you played it. You have shown a fair amount of strength and he is still pushing you. You are probably badly beaten here. If this were just an aggressive player being overly aggressive he would have raised pre-flop.
