I would be amazed if he paid the copyright holder for any of these photos. He almost certainly just copied and pasted them from websites.

I think a boxed set of the Raymer action figure with a Mike Matusow figure would be a big seller. You could have the Raymer figure with a kicking motion to pummel those huge balls The Mouth claims he has and then use the kung fu action to chop his head off! Kids will love it!
