I did UK about two weeks ago for last month and it took 18-24 hours after I logged off to get the bonus emails.

My experience has been that money is credited the moment you leave a table. The emails confirming that you've been credited often come much later.

I got my first four bonus hours, but never got my fifth hour. Played more than enough to get that last hour, but it was never credited. Maybe they did get rid of the hourly bonus some time yesterday. Surprisingly, I got emails for the four hours I was credited.

Has anyone tried to contact customer service?

It could be a technical glitch. A system failure that either fails to track hands, or fails to credit accounts.

I would think they would at least announce a policy change.

Littlewoods blacklisted me from receiving their casino bonus a few months back, so it wouldn't suprise me if they cutting back on the bonuses.

I got three hours worth of UK betting bonuses two days ago and still haven't gotten a confirmation e-mail. I also cleared the Caribbean Sun bonus last night and haven't gotten a confirmation e-mail. Money both times, just no confirmation. Might be that with the new upgrade, there's a glitch or they're not sending them out anymore. As long as I get paid, I really don't care.

I can see the advantage for them for not sending out the emails - especially from the sites that pay by the hour. Now it's not nearly as easy to know if you've met the requirements and they would prefer us to play longer.

Then again....it could be a glitch and will be fixed.

I also got no e mails from uk which would lead me to believe i did not get the bonus i have been clearing the bonus and cashing out with them all this year perhaps they have had enough of me. however i still got the match bonus for the casino and made 250 quid with tye 25 bonus [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] I will try and clear littlewoods tonight.

I got two emails in the beginning of the month from UKbetting. I played there the last two days and did not get any emails saying that a bonus had been awarded.

But did you actually get the bonus? Or no e-mails and no bonus?
