Re: Counting pot odds while mult-tabling
I'm usually playing wearing the profeesional poker players unfirom (my boxers). So my fingers and toes are easily viewable for the quick math that is needed.

Re: Counting pot odds while mult-tabling
Mostly it's very simple addition and division, you just have to do it quickly.
It can get you flustered if you don't have the odds down cold, or just because of the speed it can all happen at. Like most things, though, practice makes all the difference. You'll probably get comfy with it after a while. I felt okay doing two tables right away, but three and especially four tables it took me quite a while to get used to. You'll get there eventually. |

Re: Counting pot odds while mult-tabling
You'll get used to it. If it's too much now just cut down to one less table. Where is screw up is when I'm working on moving up in limits and so I'm play 3 tables at .5-1 and on of 1-2 and I always ending up using the wrong limit on a table.

Re: Counting pot odds while mult-tabling
Seriously, if you can't do this on the fly, then perhaps you shouldn't be multi-tabling.

Re: Counting pot odds while mult-tabling
It has been said in this thread already but should be repeated... if you cant figure out odds on the fly you shouldnt be multi-tabling.
