I'm surprised that the discussion so far said almost nothing about 2 guys calling along. It seems that you have a lot of pot equity to protect (50% is my non-expert gut estimate) but almost any card on the river might hurt you. So betting the turn isn't just about MP2, it's also to drive out the guys who stuck around after the flop raise (don't ask me why) with 5-outers or the like.

The flop discussion is interesting. It frankly hadn't occurred to me to 3-bet the flop, but I see how that mitigates some later problems.
