Those nothing but a set of nine's were killing you until the turn. Even if you hit running Kings, it's still a good fold. That 1 time in 22 you win a decent pot, but the other 21 times you lose at least 1BB, probably two or 3. Because if you call a bet and a raise on the flop, you are surely going to call 1BB into an even larger pot now. Just fold, next hand, don't be results oriented.
