If this is full table you're doing too much raising and not enough limping/calling.

I raise 9.7% pf in 15/30 and my pre-flop aggression rating is .97 I really doubt it should be much higher.

I also really doubt that you want a river aggression factor that high, and I can't believe you want it higher.

I play 3/6 first of all, so it's a much less aggressive game than 15/30 (from what ive heard). That would account for different play and more aggressive stats.
Why wouldn't you want a river aggression that high? By the time I get to the river I usually have already decided whether I'm ahead or behind. I also I've usually been the one pushing the whole time so I have less chances to just call since I don't get bet into much on the river.
