Those are very nice designs. I'd be interreseted in getting involved, but I am not sure how this works. Do we each have to buy the same number of chips? I mean If I only wanted 3 or 4 of your styles could I do that, or do we all have to have the same set up? Is there a min for each of us to buy? I don't play home tournies, just cash games, so I don't need too many different denominations.

I love these designs. They look great and they're all connected with a common theme. I loved the suits...

I dub them "The Suited Connectors."

I can't really say at the moment, but I am almost certain there will be a minimum. For now, i'll collect peoples info and what they expect to order (quantity, and color), then come up with the "rules" after enough interest is generated.

Very, very nice- modern, edgy design.

Not how I'll want to go if I ever do this myself, but great design work

I saw your post on the other website, concerning denominations. I'm against them myself- I prefer flexibility.

For these, I have to agree. But he started this design planning NOT to have them. With my Egyptian chips, I think they would look like toys or decorations unless we had dollar signs.

I'm not sure about that- spacing might be a little better without having to cover the $ portions. Might even look more "authentic" without the English numbers on?

One minor point- shouldn't the clubs, the lowest card, be on the white and the hearts on the green? of course the red/green combination might not work well.

I thought about that. And You're right either the hearts would be black, and not look as good or it would be green with red, another not so good look. But i did consider it at the begining.

Most people don't know suit orders anyway. At the last "color up" in our home game, a friend argued that hearts are top, and diamonds are bottom. I don't think this will be an issue. Go with the best color combos for sure.
