Sweet. I think there is another Oregon poster who's a regular here, can't remember the name though.

I play at LaCenter, as it's much closer to the Couv. They opened a second cardroom there. Games are nice and squishy.

I was at this table and remember the hand. There were actually two queens on the board, so the villain rivered a full house (9's full of queens).

The games are so good at La Center, I can't imagine there are too many 2+2'rs there regularly. The table I played at last night was incredible. You know you're at a good table when you flop the nut straight and get beaten on the river by J3 off suit.

And yeah, the Chip's games look soft, but I haven't sat at one yet.

Zez is right.

I turned a flush. Got rivered by a FH.

There you go...

I remember a hand from when I first started playing where an old guy raised UTG, bet all the way after an ace-high flop, and when he was called down turned over his card.

He looked at his cards, saw he had an ace, which was enough for him to raise and bet, and never noticed he didn't have a second card.

I go on the weekends usually. Here's the typical table:

1. Drunk guy.

2. Age 18-ish guy who doesn't know how to post the blinds.

3. His girlfriend.

4. Old-ish rock who never leaves the place.

5. 18-ish guy who doesn't know how to post the blinds.

6. His LAGgy friend.

7. WPT Superstar.

8. Age 40-ish lady who is experiencing her "worst run of cards in the last 5 years". Not true, she said that last weekend. Could probably take her home if you really wanted to.

9. LAGgy dealer.

I kid you not, that's what I sit down to up there almost every weekend. I rarely leave there WAY up simply because with 5-6 players seeing every flop no matter how many bets they have to call, you're bound to lose some big pots. But I can steadily win there to the tune of 2-3 big bets per hour.

I've yet to see someone play there using a 2+2-ish style. Frontier is a bit tougher, especially during the week, but it's pretty nice there on weekends too.

Just some routine small stake losses. Nothing drastically wrong, just think about how good it's going to feel when Mr. 99 doesn't hit his 2-outer.

Default btw..

The hands look fine. The first two were just tough beats, but your betting looks right.

Hand three looks ok too. I may check/call the turn. I'm not really thrilled about betting and being raised here.
