Phil Gordon is my favorite, and it's a shame that he has to analyze the play of celebrities who suck, and endure the blathering of Dave Foley as his broadcasting partner. I wish ESPN would bump Norman Chad for him for the WSOP coverage.

I like VVP because he has a name for the players (Dewey Tomko AKA The Phantom). He's the best in my view.

My answer was Chad, because he's a Maryland guy and he's funny as hell. I like gordon, but agree that having to watch that show far outwieghs getting gordon's insites.

My buddy sat with VVP at eh WSOp for awhile and in some of the side games, said he was a great guy and pretty mediocre card player.

count me as another idiot voting for howard. obviously the intent of the poll was to determine the most popular TV poker analyst. that howard was omitted was an oversight, as the pollster has acknowledged.

As I said in an earlier post, I forgot about Howard because I didn't start watching poker on FSN until very recently. He would be on the list if I had remembered!

Putting Howard on the list makes it too easy of a choice. This is more of a vote for who the 2nd best announcer is.
