77 just a guess. I can't see you raising 72. AK, AQ, AA, KK, QQ seem way too obvious. Of coarse this is what I would have put you on had you not said it was something out of the ordinary.

I would have made you for A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Qo

As Aleo points out, not much info to work with. Here are some other possibilities:
J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
22 or 77

But would any of these warrant the 3xBB pf raise (unless you're on a steal)?

Without looking at any results that may have come:

A7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] is my guess

88-JJ is my read. The underbet is usually that of a mid pair with an overcard on the flop. Is this right?

You were low on chips, but not desperate yet. Pre-flop pot-raise suggests you wouldn't mind taking it down uncontested, but are not on a pure steal since there's an UTG limper.

Post-flop, the 1/2 pot bet of 1/2 his chips is meaningful enough to not look like a post-oak bluff, and gives your opponent a good opportunity to check-raise all-in. You obviously were planning on calling an all-in check-raise so you had a hand.

My guess: 22
A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 77 or AQo as backups

BB raises you all in after the railbird reads your hand? I'm guessing he had the queen and you had AK [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
