it was ridiculous 3-4 months ago but this forum is honestly, singularly making it much worse

Are you serious? I've only been playing for about 2 months and haven't noticed anything different in those 2 months. The players still seem pretty bad to me.

I agree that the quality of the 15-30 games on Party has deteriorated substantially. You are probably right about the cause, too.

the games have gotten much worse and are getting worse by the day. i would not recommend a 2bb/100 5/10 player to step in now if it hasn't occured to them to do it already.

i also agree with astro and disagree with dave on this one. the 15 game is considerably harder than 5/10 no doubt. there alot of fishes in either, granted, but the 15 fishes are much different and with a different set of mistakes and exploitablities.

when stepping up to 15 from 5, one needs to be extra careful and prepared.

I just made the jump from 5-10 to 15-30 about 10 days ago, I started off very well but have since taken a nosedive after dropping $2,700 last night (up only $1,300 overall). 15-30 is definitely more aggressive but it's also much looser and there are more bad players. I played about 40,000 hands at 5-10 and didn't do so hot, just beating it at 1.3BB/100. I think at the very worst, I'll be marginally profitable at 15-30 and I have a substantial bankroll, so we'll see what happens. I'm never going to move back down though, I didn't come all this way for nothing.
