Question about Absolute ??

I am looking to take advantage of the 35% deposit bonus they have going on. When I checked the "terms and conditions" on their web-site it talks about deposit + bonus money having to stay in the account for 30 days after the bonus has been cleared before it can be withdrawn. It specifically says that this restriction applies to deposits and bonuses earned prior to June 14,2004.

My question is whether this restriction is currently applicable as well. I checked with customer service but got the standard vague responce without any further clarification.
