Best time of the day to play online?

Stupid or not, it's the truth - essentially any time you can make money at the tables, it's the best time.

From my experience (and based on my stats in PokerTracker), I have done the best between 8pm and 2am EST.

early saturday and sunday a.m. EST, like 4 a.m. to 9 a.m. can be very good.
