$100 of the $300 is a bonus, they put in your account to play with, but you have to clear it before it is available to cash out. $200 is just an important number in the fact that it is nice that I am going to cash out over 100% profit for half a day's work.

personally, i never bet less than 25$, but if you're trying to protect/build your roll, safe small bets may be smarter.

[note that the EV is the same weather you bet 1$ or 50$ (actually, the bigger the bet, the higher the long term EV will be, but ignore that little tidbit for now) the things that change are your SD and ROR. if you're willing to accept more risk to finish faster and perhaps make more money, then, by all means, you should be betting larger, if not, stick to flat bets. ]


even if you're being really conservitive with your roll, i'd bet at least 1% of your balance per hand- in your case, 3$.

well... it's slightly more complicated than that. the higher the bet size, the higher the ROR and SD will be, eventually, the fact that busting out lowers your overall WR (over many casinos- think long term) impacts the EV.

betting systems are bunk, however. NO MARTINGALE, EVER.

I cleared it way back with $1 and $2 bets. I havent been back. They deposit free money that I clear and withdraw. I havent been banned. that pretty tells them I whored them, yet they dont care.

ignore the chance of getting banned at starluck, planetluck, your first bonus at CoN, etc... it just doesn't happen.

there has been some good advice in this thread, but some bad advice, too. make sure that you search the relavant threads over at the bonuswhores forums, for the proper info.

Firstly, all betting systems will fail -- they cannot increase your EV, and will only adjust the distribution of your results across hands. Secondly, flat betting at Planetluck won't get you banned, and besdies they don't have any worthwhile reloads.
