I think i've read teh book 3 times through and I still haven't touched the hand quizzes. I guess I wanted to make sure I understood the concepts before I tried the quizzes, so that I didn't "waste" them. I don't think there's any way I could absorb that book in 8 hours, no matter how many times I read it through.

Dave, Here is what I was trying to say: I read Small Stakes Hold'em, I found it an easy read because I have a background in a lot of the probability covered. The book let me improve my play with in hours and I expect to mine the book for some time to come.

I just think that the authors did a real good job with the book.

For some reason you think you need to tell me how to read a book. You also called me a liar. I have been reading and digesting written material much more technicial than TV guide for some time now. If it would make you feel better I read the book in 3 weeks over a 146 hour period.

I suggest that we drop this now. I am sure you can teach me a thing or two about poker and I look foward to your comments when I need to post play logs and such.

Have a great day.
