Re: LRRed
Players who raise very few hands often don't do it with the most premium hands. An LRR here really does mean either trash or a monster, and I wouldn't be surprised to see them in fairly equal proportions.

Re: LRRed
I think u get a mixture when u get a LRR'er. I think its def worth a call down in this case.

Re: LRRed
[ QUOTE ]
A guy in small stakes did a study on LRR using people databases, found that 50% it was a premium, 50% it was not (usually a small pocket). People do weird plays. [/ QUOTE ] That study was done with combined VPIPs. Someone with a 56 VPIP will be more along the lines of 70%/30% in favor of trash. Anyone who voluntarily plays 56% of his starting hands doesn't apply as much logic as the logic we apply when trying to assess his logic. |

Re: LRRed
i agree with arturius x the passive line really is best here. the mixture of monster and trash would appear to be even enough to warrent a call down. if it is trash we want him to keep betting. if it is a monster we don't want to put any more money in than necessary to get to showdown. therefore, use the passive line.
