We are talking about 25nl here right? Where people call raises with 93o? If I were playing my normal $3/5 live game I would limp/fold this depending on the table.

I hear ya, and they do on occasion, but you said in OP that the table was generally tight.

Even at NL25, if it's a tight table I won't push KQo from UTG+1. And the SB call of a pfr, then flop check/call and turn lead reeks of PP/flopped set to me.

What would you put SB on that he would check/call the flop, then lead the turn?
