Basically, this way you combine the sensation of feeling good with the sensation of losing money.

Just like a real relationship.

i dont know. but i like green felt because green is a calming color, and also easy on the eyes.

there are red and blue felts, though

My casinos have blue felt. Also a relaxing colour.

A local cardroom has purple felt; I don't like playing there.

Something about green being having a relaxing unobtrusive effect on peoples perception of it I think.
