FYP

Seriously, I wouldn't play this hand unless I'm very g00t post flop. It's a trouble hand.

Given that I called, I would fold this. Yes he could be on a draw, but there's two people to act and I do not have that great a hand.

i'm a micro tourney machine..... and i fold here. i know it sucks, but you have to.

i think AQ, KQ, and QQ are unlikely. i believe there are 2 donkey plays here that are equally likely 1.doesn't have much(Q6o) and he doesn't want you to call, or 2. he flopped a set of 7's and couldn't wait for his chance to say 'i'm all-in'.

if you're going all-in with a monster 'knowing' you'll get called why wouldn't he? you're saying that you don't want to give him that much credit, but i don't think there's any credit to give there. that's an unskilled move that a bad player will make. a skilled player will get more value from a set here by doing any number of things other than saying all in. weaker players push. you might want to reevaluate your thinking on this one.

at this level i find the best thing is to avoid ridiculous confrontations like this. as other posters have said, the range is just to great to make a good decision with 1:1.2 pot odds. play smaller pots that you can bully away from weak or passive players, and wait for the nuts to call a bet like that. the fact that it's a $1 tourney should make you MORE inclined to fold here.

I guess at the end of the day, if I thought it was the right play, I wouldn't have posted it here. Something in me had some nagging doubts.

thanks for the input guys -
