Re: JJ looks good but...

[ QUOTE ] But in light of the raising war that followed, your call is probably ok. [/ QUOTE ] I think this might be considered results oriented. [/ QUOTE ] Ya think? What tipped you off? [ QUOTE ] I would recommend a reraise here with JJ no matter what happens after you. Unless you are against the rock of all rocks of course. [/ QUOTE ] Since you don't know what's going to happen after you, how can if affect what you do? And even if UTG3 is a rock, JJ gets raised. You could be playing the Grand Canyon and 3-bet JJ. |

[ QUOTE ] I think this might be considered results oriented. [/ QUOTE ] Ya think? What tipped you off? [/ QUOTE ] I knew this but I was making an attempt at not being sarcastic. I guess "this is results oriented dumbass" would have been more appropriate for this forum. [ QUOTE ] Since you don't know what's going to happen after you, how can if affect what you do? And even if UTG3 is a rock, JJ gets raised. You could be playing the Grand Canyon and 3-bet JJ. [/ QUOTE ] It can't affect what you do if you don't know what will happen. My point was it doesn't matter what happens, it should have been reraised. I guess you missed it. Also, I've seen players who play ~14%VPIP with PFR of ~5. Are you going to 3 bet them? If so you'll see AA-QQ a majority of the time. If you like this situation I guess you can reraise the Grand Canyon all you want. |
