If you look at history- considering this behavior to be inappropriate is not exactly the norm. I found it kind of funny that the word 'wife' is hyperlinked in the article and that when you click on the link it takes you to myforeignbride.com. Funny because if the very pissed off looking woman standing behind him in the photo is his wife, I'm pretty sure he will be needing their services when he gets out...
