If you are on dialup, then you have to make sure the whole file loaded into the window (my mistake)

then you just ctrl-A ctrl-C ctrl-V into the notepad file. Import that file.

I have about a half dozen connection-interrupted hands a night when I'm playing wirelessly.

I usually, just open the hand history box and request the specific hands that had problems - the hands with the red x beside them. This always works for me.
