eccrine sweat glands are found on every surface of the human body except mucosa (inside of mouth/nose/vagina/urethra/rectum). nipples have sweat glands and do secrete sweat. sweat can take on flavors or odors of ingested food.

humans have the most developed sweat glands of any animal.
