I know that when I have no notes on someone at this point in a tournament it probably means that they are decent enough to not make any stupid plays that attract my attention. A miniraise for 1/4 of his stack here is either a monster or a very stupid player. Even if this read is wrong and he's stupid doing this with a marginal hand, he still might call with his crap.

Well I thought the villain's range of calling hands was pretty slim, but perhaps I should re-evaluate that. I didn't really find out though as he had KK and I didn't get my miracle.

Pushing would be standard for me in this spot.

One thing to consider is that a truly weak tight player will have an extremely narrow range of hands in this situation, and as weak tight as he is, won't be able to fold many of them.
