Illegal in Germany and could be technically sentenced with 6 months in prison. But currently no enforcement at all.

Party unavailable from the Philippines unless you'll find a technical way to represent logging in from another country. If you have a LAN at home or your friend's LAN you can go from the Philippines to the LAN (you need to know the LAN's IP) and then you are representing to do everything through the LAN's location.

Most poker webpages unavailable from the United Arabic Emirates (Dubai, etc.) due to "big moral filter". Clients are accessible though if have them already downloaded. Work around exist but try to find out about them before you go there, since usually all the sites that carry them are blocked inside the AED.

Never had any substantial problem with NETeller from anywhere in the world and I've been evrywhere throughout Asia. Have their phone number ready though. Every issue had been solved quickly over the phone.

Another tip for travellers:

Have copies of your ID card, utility bills and credit cards scanned and together with your social security No and all log in informations to Poker sites tucked away at your webmail. Make sure that your webmail is trustworthy, your password is a good one and cannot be figured out. That way you are always safe that you can play poker everywhere, even if your laptop had been stolen or broke. You can also sign up at any new site and take the occasional stab at casino whoring if so inclined.

Isn't it just great that you only need a passport, a bankroll, a NETeller debit card, a credit card and of course some poker skills and you are set to go almost anywhere you want and sustain a living? That's what I call freedom and even only having that possibility not necessarily taking it makes me much more at ease with life.
