Never had any substantial problem with NETeller from anywhere in the world and I've been evrywhere throughout Asia. Have their phone number ready though. Every issue had been solved quickly over the phone.

Have copies of your ID card, utility bills and credit cards scanned and together with your social security No and all log in informations to Poker sites tucked away at your webmail.
