Re: IS this weak?
I don't know what our read on UTG is except he's a loosy. But if he's the guy with a 70% vpip, I think he can almost have any 2pair that can be made on this board.
For instance, a lot of times I see these guys making 2pair on the flop and realizing they have to bet it on the river. |

Re: IS this weak?
I hate to go all mathsy, but please stay with me. Please fill in the blanks for me:
Of each of the following combinations, I expect him to play x of them this way. eg JT (16 combinations): 12. He'd rarely fold the turn cos he's loosey, but he'd sometimes CR the river, so I reckon he plays JT this way 75% of the time. Here A5 (9 combinations):______ K5 (9 combinations):______ Q9 (3 combinations):______ KQ (9 combinations):______ Q5dd (1 combination):______ Q5ss (1 combination):______ A9 (3 combinations):______ AQ (9 combinations):______ K9 (3 combinations):______ Please be honest. I mean, if you say more than 1 for K5, I'll kill ya! |

Re: IS this weak?
You want me to make a guess about how a player of whom I only know he's a loosy would play a certain hand. It would help if I had a read or AF. But ok I'll give it a try and assume he's a passive callingstation.
A5 (9 combinations): 2 K5 (9 combinations): 2 Q9 (3 combinations): 3 KQ (9 combinations): 7 maybe more Q5dd (1 combination): 0.5 Q5ss (1 combination): 0.5 A9 (3 combinations): 1 maybe less AQ (9 combinations): 6 K9 (3 combinations): 1 maybe less I'm gonna get killed for this |

Re: IS this weak?
Dead man walking.
I guess I'm out of touch if I thought a "loosey" (don't think he was ever described as passive) raises AQ or KQ most of the time UTG, or the same guy passed up an opportunity to CR two pair on the turn (you do realise how much they love this play?). Well unless someone comes up with some different figures this is going nowhere, but thanks anyway. |
