Yes. Embarrassingly low offers. If at first you are not embarrassed to make the offer, it is too high.

If the realtor doesn't look at you funny and frown, it is too high.

9 out of 10 will reject your offer immediately. You only need 1.

A great place to learn is the rich dad forum. Many of the posters are professionals and are very helpful and have lots of good advice.

I didn't say pay for his material but the forum can be very helpful. However I do agree with your assessment on this guy.
