I got my degree in Engineering back when that meant something.....I then worked as a Test Engineer for a grand total of three days before I realized that I didn't have the firstfuckingidea what they were talking about [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

In 1978 my Boss asked me if I wanted to take a free course in Computer Science (the "coming" thing): I said I didn't because I knew it would interfere with my trips to the poker rooms [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/ooo.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

commercial real estate development....we try to buy properties that we can do "something" to make them worth more....fix,lease,change, etc....Lot easier to talk about than it is to do [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]....I've been involved in some form of real estate related employment for 40 years [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
