One time, this guy Cripple McShirtless came up, and said, "Spare some change for two sandwiches?" And I thought, two sandwiches? Thats kind of a lot to ask for.

[/ QUOTE ]

this is a good time to buy a loaf of bread, spread it out on the ground in front of the homeless person, and stomp every slice. greedy bastard.

Sometimes they give me free lessons on how to walk down the street and not get mugged. Quite enlightening, actually.

This is like getting "How Not to Get Raped" lessons from a 600-pound crosseyed midget.

spare change for 2 sandwiches is a great deal, do you think he would come through with the sandwiches for you if you gave him the change?

how many tall cans of steel reserve do you think this guy bought with those 10$?

Two things about homeless:

1)In my town the homeless line up at 8AM to buy booze when the markets open.
2) Here is the exchange that I see many many times...

"god bless you, can you spare some change"
"sorry man"
"AHH [censored] YOU SPOILED BRAT!!!!!!!"

Yarrrrrrr!

I get approached by guys a lot when I go downtown.

If I have time, I take them to McDonald's, tell them to order whatever they want, then pay the bill.

This way I'm helping people and I know they're not buying drugs.

Sometimes they give me free lessons on how to walk down the street and not get mugged. Quite enlightening, actually.

Well done, karma comes around.

that 10 bucks the guy gave to the bum went right into a bag of heroin.
i live in vegas and the bums out here shoot too high... they ask for a couple of bucks. My roomate was offered a plastic bag of fried chicken if he would give this bum a ride somewhere... weird.

Who cares if the guy buys drugs or booze with the money. The OP is saying how seeing someone do this made him feel good. Hell I feel good hearing about it. Nice to know some people are still acting human. I know I haven't been.
