I'm going to wait until tomorrow afternoon, then I'll email them again. I have no doubts this will get resolved though, just a matter of time. Stars is usually pretty good. |

Re: cashout issues with pokerstars
Ok. Everything is cool now.
When I woke up this morning I had this email in my inbox: Cashout request time: 2005/07/26 13:20:45 Cashout amount: $600.00 $600.00 was credited back to your PokerStars account balance. The attempt to process this amount was unsuccessful as NETeller was experiencing connectivity problems at the time you made your cashout request. NETeller is now available again. Please make another cashout request at your convenience. Your PokerStars Account Information: Email: priestofsound@rogers.com, User ID: kungfuaaron Aaron Wyatt If you have any further questions regarding this transaction, please contact cashier@PokerStars.com I tried the cashout again after that and it went through Stars successfully. It hasn't hit neteller yet (it's only been like 2 minutes), but it should arrive soon. |

Re: cashout issues with pokerstars
NETeller keep going down without neccessarily telling PokerStars, is how this ends up happening. Alternatively, they go down, a lobby message is posted, but the person cashing out doesn't notice.
The transactions won't go missing though, they'll return eventually. If you don't get a response from support in, say, 90 minutes, the chances are that the mail never arrived. Alternatively, it's possible there's been an email meltdown and the queue is several hundred long, but that's pretty rare... |
